HPV-related throat cancer rises
Baby boomers beware. The same virus that causes cervical cancer is now causing a mini-epidemic of throat cancer.
Apparently, people who were born since 1950 are most at risk. Although it has not been established whether kissing can spread the virus, it has been noted that oral sex seems to be the biggest culprit of the disease.
Why 1950? Because a 1994 sexual behavioral study found that 80% of people born since 1950 have engaged in oral sex, which is a much higher incidence than earlier generations.

I can remember when I had my first apartment in 1985. I was in my last semester of college, and I shared an apartment with a good friend of mine.
I graduated in December, and she moved into an apartment of her own. Once I received my Bachelor's Degree in psychology, my boss gave me a promotion and a raise...a whopping $10,000 a year!
Although finances were tight, I managed to live in a nice-sized apartment and manage on a once-a-month payday. Today, however, families are struggling to make ends meet--even in two-paycheck families.

Weight loss products in America are big business. Marketers tend to get caught up in showing men with ripped abs and model-skinny women as "after" testimonials.
Why not try a different approach? People who want to lose weight need to know that weight loss is within their reach. Why not show a natural progression of a "real" person losing weight?
Check out this YouTube video. Nothing speaks more loudly than seeing someone else's personal struggle, relating to it, and being inspired by his or her victory.
If you insist on selling the notion that an average Joe can get rock-hard abs, check out this video. Very impressive.
